House of Silence (Săvădisla)

We shape the vision behind the House of Silence with a focus on personal connection and quality. Whoever enters the House of Silence must embrace intimacy—the kind of intimacy that the world knows differently. Our intimacy is called the supernatural; we are in a betrothed relationship with God, and we wish to inspire, support, and accompany others in discovering the joy of this union.

We thirst for silence, simplicity, and deep encounters with God and one another. The mission of the house is best expressed through the words of Silence, a poem by Sándor Sík, a former friend of our community:

Torn worlds, torn people
Wander in a dazed confusion.
Come, dear brother, give me your hand:
Let us speak silence today.

The House of Silence warmly welcomes those who seek spiritual retreats, deep reflection, self-exploration, and the sharing of faith.
